I have seen some unpleasant experiences with the people but it didn’t happen to me. Solar system installations process was smooth and timely manner. They were chasing me regarding the installation. I can refer my family and friends without any doubt.
David booked my solar system. Later I dealt with Krish. And Grace did continuous follow ups. We’re a happy customer till now.

Did a solar installation but never advised about further instructions
Had to several times to get information, staff are not competent enough to provide enough information.
Been more than a month of installation no calls or texts to advise about grid connection, which no one would be aware of first time.
Really upset with the service provided.

Scam. Paid deposit but no solar ever turned up. Waste of time ringing or emailing. I don’t trust anyone ringing from India any more, no matter what.

SCAM .Don’t trust this company. I paid a $100 deposit and then was told they needed to do a $1980 upgrade to my sub switchboard but would not say why or what they were doing and adding or replacing. SCAM . Plus the meter isolator cost that I was aware of. They wont answer the phone. Chis said they would refund the $100 but after a few weeks nothing but saying it would be refunded the next day. Nothing. I got a lady after many attempted calls she promised to get back to me the next day. No reply. I got her again on the phone 3 days later for her to hang up when i said my name. SCAM COMPANY. AVOID

Not a great experience. They don’t refund the deposit if you are not going ahead with installation. They make promises while selling the product but not refunding. Be careful.

Very bad experience with team. I have paid my deposit but didn’t end up getting solar installed. they took my money and not refunding. I made several calls but no success. Never pay deposit. It’s trap..
