Keith was very reasonable, polite and really took on board exactly how I was wanting the system to be. He said that he thinks he could intlstall the system before the month was up, and the company followed through and had the system up and running Approx 3 weeks from when I first contacted energy Assist. The rest of the people at the company I dealt with, also were very polite and reasonable. The price was also very reasonable I thought.
The installation team were friendly and answered any questions that I had. I really had no complaints with getting solar through Energy Assist Group. The only thing I guess is, sometimes after one step of the application/process was done, I didn’t know when to next expect to hear from the company to know that everything from my side was done, or weather there was anything else that I need to do to get the process happening without delay. But it never ended up being an issue. I would definitely recommend this company, they did a great job, and the system performs very well.

Energy Assist offer great products but the communication is terrible and after over 3 months they offer nothing but excuses when trying to have them fix a fault with the system. I’d recommend using anyone else if you want a company that offers customer service after install.

Terrible communication and never followed through with their commitments. They initially provided great and advice and responses right up to the point of paying a deposit and trying to book in install. From then on they were impossible to communicate with to book in an install date. Following install we had problems with one of the components in our system and over 3 months on, Energy Assist still wont come out to fix the problem. Would never recommend or use these guys again. Once your money is paid, forget about getting any customer service again.
