Third summer coming up where our solar goes out all the time and we have to pay for electricity. They say we haven’t called, they say they will fix it, they say we will get a gift card for our trouble he has been here once in all that time. Consumer affairs have been contacted. 3 very long summers! NOT GOOD customer service!
So without contacting us at all we received a new inverter,,,, great if it worked. Clearly that is not the issue! But once again they can’t be contacted. Our solar went out 5 times today $$$$ wasted again! We just want it fixed!!!

From the very first contact i found Adam at think solar very knowledgible . Explained the whole system in detail. When we decided to go ahead with project Adam & Syd were very helpful.
From placement of order to completion of installation and certification of conection in just over 2 weeks. The price was very compedative, and the install team were very efficient , removed old system, installed new system, took away all the rubbish in about 3 hours, Great company to work with I Highly reccommend THINK SOLAR

I have interacted with Jimmy and Sid from Think Solar to install my system, and they have been very reasonable and approachable during the process. Provided me with a quote to meet my needs and budget.
They had taken the time to explain the process and kept me informed throughout.
The installation was impeccable and professional. Alex and the team were exceptional.

They are very bad with honouring warranties. They wanted to sell me a new system rather than fix the one they installed. And they fail to meet their ‘promises’. For your sake, consider another company.

Satisfactory customer service and ontime installation. Even during lockdown restrictions the team has done the outdoor installation works very efficiently in a very professional way without the neccesity of any personal involvement or monitoring. Certificate of Electrical Safety was issued immediately within days upon third party inspection. Very happy with their service provision and customer follow-up.
