She got a quote for 450$ with a so-called 20$ discount.
My gutters are always clean. I have around 30-40m of gutters and no trees around. So what did he try and charge my wife for?
When I called to cancel the appointment, same systematic scripts asking if I could have the money ready when I’m obviously not interested in this service.

UPDATE: we just had Ismail and Furkan come out and clean our gutters and solar panels, and oh my goodness they did an incredible job! For those people who are saying this is a ‘scam’, idk what you are talking about. This company is legit, and they do seriously amazing work. Ismail and Furkan were kind, super detailed in their work, and very professional. I would 100% have them out again to do the clean up! Thank you both so much, i am in awe of your work and dedication 😀
Aston and Phoenix, you two are brilliant! Aston came to my door offering gutter and solar cleaning, and was the kindest, most polite person ever! He honestly couldn’t have timed it any better as our solar panels and gutters were looking a little too mossy. Aston sat down with me and walked me through everything, making sure all the steps and pricing was clear – I have to say the pricing is absolutely incredible considering we were quoted $300+ for the solar panels alone by another vendor. Aston was great to chat to and has a great understanding of the company, he came across as very knowledgeable and down to earth (which is a wonderful and welcomed change). I spoke to Phoenix over the phone and he was so patient and helpful in booking in the cleaning, and was kind enough to put up with all my strange questions! Thank you so much Aston and Phoenix, you are both highly professional and incredible people, and I think many people could learn from the both of you – you guys are GOLD STANDARD!

Disgusting, the rep who came to the door to sell Solar – Lucas was friendly and great and I was interested, until the call centre lady called to validate the lead who rudely told me unless my partner was going to attend they wouldn’t do the assessment and hung up on me. Your reps are doing the hard yard door knocking only for some silly call centre woman to muck it all up because she wants to insist that I can’t make a decision without my partner present, or god forbid I didn’t want to make a decision on spot and like any normal person take time to consider the assessment, which is what I am assuming is more likely the reason as to why both parties need to be there which makes me assume the assessment is more likely going to be a pushy sales meeting. But in any instance if this is how you treat a potential sale, god only knows how you will treat someone after they have given you their money. In any instance someone was looking over me today and I dodged a bullet.

I had a good experience with Neighbours Connect. I always try to be respectful to door knockers, knowing it’s a tough job. The young man who came by was polite, explained the gutter cleaning service and costs clearly, and we booked a convenient appointment. On the day, Neighbours Connect sent a text 30 minutes before arrival. Muhammed and Akif arrived on time, were polite, and explained what they’d do and how long it would take. They did a good job, even pruning a tree over the front gutters. I recommend Muhammed and Akif— Good work lads!

I always try to give door knockers the time of day because it would be a tough gig. I was actually interested in what your rep had to say and filled out the form as he asked but told him I wouldn’t be able to do anything today as I’ve been sick and can’t really keep myself upright for too long. He insisted that he needed to hang around for when you called me (very strange), and I reiterated that I didn’t feel up to it but would happily take the call another day. He claimed he “understood that I was sick” but kept pushing regardless. When I pushed back he said “why’d you fill out the forms then bro?”. Safe to say that’s when my door closed, but he still had more to say. Also didn’t hear what he said from the foot path looking up to my house but I doubt it was nice. I’d suggest vetting your future door knockers with a little more scrutiny in the future. Then again looking at your other reviews, maybe you’re happy with that attitude representing your company. I’ll be sure to let my neighbours know not to engage with your company.

Terrific experience with Neighbours Connect from the booking and subsequent correspondence . Muhammed & Akvar were polite and did an exceptional cleaning of our gutters, even pruning a tree that opened access to a gutter we could not reach. Highly recommend. Great job!

Booked for my gutters to be cleaned, Neighbours Connect cancelled due to staff shortages/sickness. Re scheduled then told couldn’t clean my roof as didn’t have correct equipment. Wouldn’t recommend company services!
