I was dealing with a guy called Raman, he was very pushy to get a deposit, I didn’t feel comfortable to do this because there are many scammer out there. He tried to convince me to research his company, in which I did, thank god I didn’t give them my 14k job. Many negative reviews, thanks Raman for the heads up.

I had my Solar installed 3 years ago and I was very happy at the time with the service and installation. Not long after the installation I started having trouble with the inverter not working properly. Over the past 3 years I have been in contact with Energis to fix this issue and they have send electricians out twice but the problem has still not been fixed. They have told me the inverter is faulty but they will not change it.
Update 23.1. The inverter has now been replaced (3 years after the installation). Hopefully this has now fixed the problem. Fingers crossed, we will wait and see.
Update 27.3. Everything was going well with our solar but we notices about 4 weeks ago, our monitoring apps was showing no data. We contacted Energis and were told that the internet had disconnected and we would have to connect it up again. We were sent pages of instructions, that were hard to follow, so after some back and forth discussion we were sent a video on how to connect this up again. We did all that but still no data. We asked a friend of ours, that is very tech savy, to check it for us and he said it looked like it hadnt been disconnected at all it just wasnt showing data.He confirmed the internet was connected to our solar.
We contacted Energis again about 2 weeks ago to find out why we still were not getting any data on our apps. They werent sure why and we were told this would be excalated to a manager to try and work out what the problem was and someone would get back to us.
As we have not heard from anyone we have called again. It appears nothing was actioned from our last call and we were told this time they might have to send some out to have a look and we might have to pay for this.
WE JUST WANT THIS TO WORK AS WE ARE OVER THE ISSUES.

I had a 10kW system installed at my house and was looking for various quotes. I finally settled with Energis and very thankful that I did. From the start, there was seamless communication and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Raman and his team for solar installations. They were very professional and they took all necessary steps to ensure and safe and neat installation of the panels. Also, they were very competitively priced and gave me very good advice on the layout of the panels which would maximize the output generated. I am very satisfied with their work and they are always happy to answer my calls.

Do not recommend. The worst customer service. Has taken YEARS to have faulty installation rectified. Had to get the Solar Council to intervene several times. Steer clear of this company.

The salesman was great, took us a while to get an actual install date after we locked it in, but apart from that the process was pretty smooth. We ended up with a leak with our terracotta tiles (which is understandble). Energis were responsive and sent someone out quickly to fix the leak under warranty. Happy with the installers and support is responsive via email. Happy with our 4.6kw system and was advised this would be more than enough for our usage, which turns out to be true!

Very easy company to deal with. Once we got through all the covid holdups the installation process went very smoothly
