OK rang the company on Wednesday afternoon, visited office Thursday morning, all relevant rebates and paperwork done, installed entire 6.6 system Friday…complete around 2.00pm. Can’t speak more highly about this company. Staff friendly efficient and easy to deal with. Boss good bloke too. Recommend them all day long…cheers.

Huge fan of these guys – miserable weather didn’t stop the team coming back on 2 occasions to install the full kit.
Even with some frustrations with connecting to the internet via wifi it wasn’t an issue for them to wire things up to make the system work – best experience from an excellent team.

Customers do not come first with this business. They are easily offended and not willing to listen. When you try to get to the point (as you know your own situation and premesis) they call you rude. Not professional at all!

The installers were awesome but the company followup is extremely poor
Called them 6 times re an issue with setting up wifi for the system
No show twice and no return calls ,ignored 4 times when we were told someone will return our call
absolutely zero follow up
Canceled our commercial instal that was scheduled after the home instal
We paid there account immediately with zero issues
