I was referred to Karan’s Victorian Solar Light by a friend. It was a remarkable experience to get solar panels installed with them. Within just a week of making the initial call, the entire solar panel system was set up smoothly and Karan ensured to prioritise the set-up, despite challenging weather conditions of heat in summer. I had opted for Hyundai solar panels and Karan out of his generosity upgraded a few panel boosters for efficient generation of electricity.

Karan helped me to select the right solar panel system without pressuring me to upgrade more than required. It speaks volumes of his professionalism and genuine desire to help clients, rather than just selling the products. He ensured that I was happy with the set up and customer service was at the focus on every interaction.

The installation team was led by Abdul, who was efficient and effective in setting up the solar panels. Although not visible at the top of the room, Abdul and Karan ensured to have the set up of solar panels in a neat and systematic manner, to boost the aesthetical appeal of the set up. Moreover, all the cables were neatly organised near the meter box, ensuring clean and neat work.

During and after the installation of the solar panels, Karan was very prompt in response to any queries I had. Moreover, the materials used in the set up is of high quality which reduces the possibility of hazards due to the nature of the products. Furthermore, Karan also offered competitive pricing with generous addition of the set up with no additional cost.

Beyond their technical expertise, Karan and Abdul’s friendly and approachable traits made the installation process a success. They took the time to explain things in simple terms, ensuring I understood the ins and outs of my new solar system.
