This is the second time I’ve done business with Solar Run Keysborough. The first time was for my Heat Pump installation which was a stellar product and prompt job. This time round I had my 3.5kw Solar system replaced by a 13.2kw system. There were 5 installers working at the same time while a supervisor inspected the work. An additional supervisor visited after to approve the installation. The work was quick and professional and reasonably priced. A big thank you to Dilan and the team at Solar Run Keysborough.

I have never come across a company with such prompt service and professionalism as Solar Run. I recently had a Heat pump hot water installed, and Solar Run provided an exceptional service. They responded the same day I made enquiry, even though this was on a Saturday. They guided me through Solar Victoria funding application. They organised exceptional tradespeople and followed up with the installation every step of the way. There was also an immediate post installation follow up. The job was completed within four days, from application to installation. And they even got a plumber in to fix an issue with my ducted heating. I cannot recommend them enough. Had my solar panels installed by Solar Run about 2 years ago, had an issue with the inverter recently , Dilan was quick to respond and have a replacement sorted and then installed the very following day!
This week had an EV charger installed, many chats with Dilan beforehand to ensure it was the right product for me and getting my head around how it all works. Was installed on the requested date by professional installers they arranged. So far so good!
Quite happy with Solar Run.. not a an overnight cowboy company!
