Vela and the team have done a fantastic job today! The inverter was not working this morning. I contacted Vela and she guided me to have a quick check. Ultimately, she offered a replacement of the inverter. A few hours later, the team knocked on my door and the job has been done in half an hour. What a fast reaction and beautiful job!

Out solar system was installed by SolarToday in 2015 and we had an invertor fault issue late 2021 so I contacted them without success then the receptionist (Maria) returned my call within half an hour. I was required to provide all info with the photo then she informed me that one of technicians would get in touch with me.
No response so I gave Maria a follow up call a couple of times but no responses from their technicians. Finally, I gave up and stopped contacting them.
