Let me state upfront, I am completely happy with my solar installation by Ultimate Solar Energy. However, I believe the only thing lacking was a face to face sit down explanation of how the system operates and familiarization with the isolarcloud app. This could have occurred at the completion of the installation with little inconvenience to anyone. I was left to my own devices with absolutely no knowledge of this new contraption now sitting on my roof. Fortunately, I came across an employee of Ultimate named Jeryl Wayco, she became my “go to” for all my many queries on solar. She took the time to familiarize me with the app, she made numerous calls on my behalf to electricity wholesalers, retailers as well as suppliers. She is solely responsible for me now having atleast a basic knowledge of how the entire system works.
Despite all this, I would still have no hesitation in recommending Ultimate Solar Energy to anyone contemplating solar. The actual installation was neat, clean and to my complete satisfaction.
