I have used their service and installed my solar system in Dec 2023. Starting from the quote, installation and service all went smooth. They served what they promised. Also got some friends to use their service and instantly got the referral bonus. And my friends are also happy as well. So far the system is working fine. No problem with anything. The app for the solar is also good. I can live monitor the generation at any time from any place. Would highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time with this company. Go somewhere else to make sure you save yourselfthe hassle in the long run. They are happy to take your call when they’re taking your money but won’t pick up the phone or return calls when you’re trying to get the dodgy products they’ve installed replaced under warranty. We’re up to two inverters now that they’ve installed which haven’t lasted. This last one less than a year and then need to spend months chasing them to investigate and resolve the issue, noting it’s yet to be resolved.

Worst customer service I have experienced with evergreen solar. They promised to give international stay for seven nights. I tried calling them no reply and they don’t respond and care about the customers.

Save your money and your time I chased around for 3 weeks getting all the paperwork they wanted and then when the last piece of paperwork was done they said sorry we haven’t got any fitters for your solar system seeya
