The team was very professional and efficient. They sent me all the relevant information to fill in to get the government rebate, followed up with text and phone calls where i may have needed additional support and my job was booked in and installed in less than a week.
The 2 tradies turned up on time and we’re finished installing within about 2 1/5 hours with minimal interruptions to my household.
The system seems to be working well with no issues to report.
I got a follow up call a week later to check the system is up and running properly which it is.
Can highly recommend these guys for anyone wanting to install their new hot water systems.

Their communication was prompt and helpful. The heat pump installation was efficient – the installers were on time and answered any questions in a knowledgeable manner. After installation help with using the system, especially wifi, was offered. I would not hesitate to use them again.
