Ahmed and his team did a fantastic job with the installation. He made sure the system was tested and running at its optimal performance. I had an issue connecting to the app but i gave the wrong password by mistake. Ahmed was patient and got the issue rectified. He only left my home when he was satisfied the system was fully functional and running smooth. Thanks guys for your patience. And thanks for the job!!!

Platinum Solar Group installed my new Powerwall 2 battery to my existing solar system. Simon, T and the rest of his team were very approachable and professional to ask any questions. They were very clean with their install and their testing post install. After the install it was noticed that some lights weren’t working in a part of the house and Simon noticed that one of the old fuses wasn’t working properly anymore. His customer service was fantastic and he got back his team and replaced the new fuse for us and let me know the brands he would recommend as obviously a previous electrician used an inferior product in the past. Thank you for your knowledge and customer service. My Powerwall 2 is doing great.
