I signed a contract on 15th November 2024 Hybrid Solar Solutions, Solar Victoria approval came on 12th of December. Since then, I’ve been chasing Hybrid Solar with no progress. Today, they demanded an extra $700, claiming they can’t install this year.
Unprofessional and dishonest—changing names to Victor or Harry doesn’t hide your tactics. Lodging a formal complaint. Avoid this company!

Quite possibly the worst experience. Installed the battery incorrectly, and had to argue with them to get them to fix it. Then after that the panels were not all connected. Again had to argue to get them to fix it. If you use these guys don’t pay until you have checked it’s functioning to the quote. Worst / non-existant customer service / communication. (NOTE: previous reviews note a Harry… There is no Harry… was run by a series of contractors who didn’t want to accept responsibility.)

I am a very unhappy customer with Hybrid Solutions my panels are underperforming and when I asked to check the problem there was not a positive response. Stay away from this company. My friend Inverter has to be replaced after four years. None one bothered to come and installed the broken Inverter .

We received a great quote to install a 39.9kw system at our club, after securing a grant we asked Harry to go ahead. We took the plunge and had a pretty large system installed (20kW Tiger Neo panels w/ a 15kW Sungrow inverter) and couldn’t be happier – Hybrid Solar did a fantastic job of the install, the job itself is extremely well done and looks tidy and professional, the installer went out of his way to make it look as aesthetically pleasing as possible (see attached). Harry was great to deal with – would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good solar installer.
