This is the worst company ever. They came and did my Solar and cut off my electricity without my consent, claiming there was a damaged wire, they didn’t show me a picture of what was wrong, nor provide a quote for further work to proceed to finish the job and knocked off early for lunch and never came back. I tried to rebook with no luck, I’ve been sitting without power for five weeks in winter with two sick kids due to no power in their rooms. The electrician called me a DOG and refused to finish the job or turn on my power.
The electrical box they installed has no flushing around it so when it rains the water can get into it and blow up the box and all items connected to the PowerPoints in the house. I had to report them to ACT government for poor work and request an inspection of the box and electrical work that was incomplete as the company refused to come back out and finish the job. I ended up going with a local electrician in Canberra who did his best to give me a fair price and fix what was disconnected. Don’t ever engage with this company. They will waste your time and your money, bad business practices and over charging hard working people just to make a couple of extra bucks for themselves. NEVER AGAIN Ausgreen!!!

Engagement, processing application and installation all went relatively smoothly. Had to contact Morshed to get the guys back as they left broken roof tiles, plastic ties and other rubbish lying around. This was completed promptly. Have now been texting Morshed weekly since 4 December to have a problem with external TV antennae fixed properly. Morshed promises they will attend next week but next week never arrives. Getting sick of being brushed and would like matter addressed please.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I was bit hesitatant at first They were able to fit 10kw system on my roof when all others able to only fit 6kw. Not only that, they were the most competitively priced and aftersales service is awesome! i dealt with the same person from beginning to end, including an aftersales issue I had which was promptly resolved. Highly recommend Ausgreen solar solutions!
