Three weeks ago, we purchased a new home, which came with a 16-kW battery system and 6+ kW of solar panels, installed by Darwin Solar.
We want to thank David and the team at Darwin Solar for assisting us with getting connected to the monitoring software and stepping us through the system. Although we were not the original purchasers of the system, Darwin Solar provided great customer service and aftermarket assistance, which puts them a cut above the competition.

First class quality installation of REC Solar 400W panels and Sungrow inverters and battery. The iSolarCloud app is very intuitive and functional. Best of all was Keith’s response to an electrical issue (not related to the solar installation) to ensure we were able to fault find and quickly back on-line. An amazing team.

Highly recommend Darwin Solar. Professional and hassle free from admin,sales and installers. David was our first point of contact for the initial system requirements and quotation. He was very thorough in explaining what would work for us and his after sales follow up was just as thorough to set up the online app and explain how the system was working. Install was very smooth from the electricians Nathan and Jack to panel installers Rod and Frank. 15kw Solar system and 15kw battery system installed in 2 days.The whole team were very friendly and extremely efficient.They kept me informed at all times and provided a very neat install and always happy to answer any questions we had.

Our solar journey with Darwin Solar began in 2019 when we had the pleasure of meeting Keith. He was never pushy and answered all of our questions patiently. We installed the biggest solar system that we were able to for a single phase house and received credit to our electricity bills which ranged between $1500-$1800 yearly for the past 4 years. With the Feed In Tariff now reduced, we engaged Darwin Solar once again for our battery and inverter system. Suffice to say, the batteries now meant that we are self-sufficient throughout the night.
During our recent engagement with Darwin Solar, we were assisted by David. David took the time to attend our property again following the battery installation to go over the app and the system as a whole. We have had no issues with Darwin Solar thus far, and their installers were always professional and a pleasure to deal with. Simply put, the service provided by Darwin Solar has always been and is top notch.
