Solar Uptime sent a technician out at our request to check a fault in our solar inverter. The tech was diligent, checked everything, went on the roof and inspected the solar panels and carefully observed the inverter and checked the wires. He provided an honest and thorough verbal briefing on the state of the solar system and offered various options on how to fix the system. I was impressed with his courtesy and honesty and asked if the business could quote us to supply a new system as this may be preferable in the long run than patch ups and repairs. The tech showed intelligence, professionalism and supp[ortive customer service. Under three hours later I received a full report on the tech’s findings including photos. I look forward to their quote to renew the solar system, and based on this technician’s work and the experience I have had with the company so far I recommend them.

Very impressed with the level of service and how quickly they sorted out my issue. After finding out my solar installer went bust just after they installed my solar system, I received a Non-Conformance Notice regarding the install from Energex. The team at Solar Uptime got everything sorted out in a matter of a few days. Very happy with their prices as well.

Last week Steve came and replaced our faulty inverter with a good second hand one I had sourced.
