I had a call booked in with Tyron today at 3pm.
They had been recommended through solar quotes, and Tyron contacted me immediately with access to a calendar to make a booking, which I did.
The booking time arrived for the call and no call. I sent him a message and as yet no reply (2.5 hours hours later). I have also sent an email and no reply.
It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to talking to them about my solar and battery requirements and especially since many others have left great reviews.
Sadly I cant do the same, so one star it is for a lack of reliability and customer courtesy.

“Excellent” is best word to describe Tyron and his team. From quoting, discussions around most suitable size, quick installation, reliability and after installation support exceptional. Had an issue with catch-power/The Monicle not working and sent message at 7.30pm – not expecting a response. Got an immediate reply and phone support to get things operating. Call these guys out to check my caravan and the problem had rectified it’s self before they arrived they double checked it for me
Then because it was only a 10 minute visit did not charge

We had a tricky added on pergola that needed 2 down lights placed in, after multiple electricians saying they couldn’t do it or they could and never to return we finally found Thompson Electrical that could, they came out same day and then sourced our particular light and was back within 2 days after hours to fit it due to an open home we where having, the service has been incredible from the get go and not only that they where so clean not a single bit of mess left and treated our home like there own, amazing work and we couldn’t be happier
Thanks again for everything and we will continue to make sure we only use these guys for all our future electrical work 🙂
