Excellent customer service from Harry the consultant who looked after me. The solar install has been the only positive experience we have had during the whole process of building our first home. Harry was so awesome with keeping on top of everything for me as we had multiple set backs with getting the power connected over multiple months and nothing was an issue for Harry he just reorganised and kept up with the progress of getting the connection finished. I was able to be present before the installers began work and they were very professional and logical with how they were going to cater to my house (logic/common sense is often lacking these days) which was also such a breath of fresh air. The finished product looks great and the workmanship looks great as well.

I had a great experience with Quick Solar. They were good at communication, punctual, did a quality installation, and provided excellent post-installation support. My installation was simple—a single-story house with a large roof and I already had the smart meter—but I still wish more businesses in Australia were as good as Quick Solar.
I had a firmware issue with my inverter, which kept resetting the export limit to zero every few days. I contacted Harry, who got in touch with the installers. They called Solis support, and the firmware was updated over the air, fixing the issue.
Overall, Quick Solar did a fantastic job, making everything easy and stress-free

Very satisfied with service and advise received from Quick Solar.
From initial contact to final installation, service was customer oriented and provided ideal solar solution for my household energy needs.
Compared to other providers Quick Solar went above and beyond on below points.
– prompt initial contact to understand current energy requirements and spend
– assessed the roof space and direction for ideal positioning of solar for max output
– assessed meter and advised upfront on upgraded required for solar installation to happen… this is where other providers failed.
-detail quote for solar and meter upgrade…i.e no room for disputes on installation day.
Overall job completed satisfactorily with full visibility on cost.
