After a bad experience with dodgy panels in Bundaberg in 2012 we were a bit apprehensive went upgrading our old solar system at Peregian Beach. Solarwide was fantastic from the first contact to the last after installing to make sure everything was working properly. The sales person got on the roof and did a proper measurement, the office was excellent and efficient, the installers were amazing too – clarified where the panels and inverter were going, were done in about 7hrs (13kW system) and cleaned everything before they left. An excellent company to deal with. The salesperson was a former installer and inspected the roof during his visit – unlike those who merely sat at their computer while giving their sales pitch. Solarwide was very understanding towards our frustrating personal situation. The office staff were easy to communicate with and maintained contact while issues were sorted – we even received a phone call from the company’s head person. The installers were very professional. With Solar Wide from the getgo Warwick guided me through my options for a budget system, Trina panels and Sungrow Inverter. His site visit gave me confidence that the complexities were accounted for. I can’t say enough to praise the quality of the workmanship of the Installation team as they progressed through quite a difficult install due to the type of roof that I have on my apartment. There were some hiccups in the installation of the brackets, due to misunderstanding with the plumber who was installing the brackets, requiring a couple of return visits. They took it all in their stride and completed the installation on schedule. Callan and Brendon leading the team communicated well and progressed the job through its to its conclusion with good humour.
Looking forward to many years of good clean energy.

We got our solar system upgraded recently with SolarWide. We did an extensive research before choosing them. Warwick Pipia was patient enough to answer all our questions and provide us with the best technical and non-technical advice. At the end we chose them for the quality of their products, fair price, customer service and local presence. The panels (and all system upgrades) were installed as agreed with no issues whatsoever. The system has now been running for over a month and everything is as expected or better. I’ll surely recommend them.
