We chose SALT Solar for a major upgrade to our existing solar system. After speaking to Jason and receiving a full written proposal we went with SALT. Jason is an owner of the company and knows his solar back to front. The quote was very comprehensive and provided several suitable options and cost benefit alternatives. We felt SALT would be the best option for us. The installation team were excellent to deal with and we had complete confidence in Nathan, Mitch and the rest of the team. Very respectful around our property and polite enthusiastic young guys. The system was up and running in a day and meets all our expectations. As I learn how it performs Jason has been happy to answer all my questions. We also have the Catch Relay installed and solar is now heating our water. Brilliant.

From the moment I reached out, Jason and Gena (the new owners) along with their team made the entire process seamless and stress free. The installation team are very experienced, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to leave during install but they called me to let me know how everything went and walked me through the entire process of setting up my new system. They made sure my system was functioning correctly and left my property spotless after installation. SALT solars attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident every step of the way from my initial site inspection with Jason to the Installation and the customer service team keeping me informed on the progress throughout the way. Salt Solar live up to their many good reviews. They came up with a full plan including the financial details like the years until the new system pays itself off. The initial proposal was very detailed and really helped me make the decision about what size system to go with, they didn’t push to upsell me. I love that they are local and have been in business for many years. I felt that I could trust them to do a good install.
On the install day the guys were friendly and efficient, turned up on time, and let us know roughly how long it would take. They did a very clean install, and helped get me started on the inverter and the app to monitor it, and answered any questions I had. Shout out to them for installing on a pretty hot day and putting up with my VERY hot roof space. In my opinion I couldn’t have asked for more, they were excellent.

After doing research and deciding to keep it local, I applied for a quote from Tony. He was very reasonably priced and informative as to what I was needing to support the current power usage. There was no additional pressure after to sign with them which was nice. With the good reviews online and also from others in my street I decided to go with SALT Solar.
The installation crew were very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable with the system and it’s usage. They kept the areas they were working in nice and clean and tidy throughout and also after they left.

Tony and his team were easy to communicate with and professional from start to finish when my home’s solar panels/inverter needed to be replaced. A fair quote for quality materials and quick installation within a fortnight despite some unfavourable weather. The installation team were respectful of my home and kept the area tidy. They also generously accommodated a last-minute request to replace some rusty roof screws before attaching solar panels for a small additional cost, saving a lot of hassle in the future. Great local company very deserving of my 5-star review.

The team from Salt Solar went the extra mile to configure the solar panels in a way not to take away from the aesthetics of the property but still maintaining optimum efficiency. The end result being a very tidy installation that I’m very pleased with.
