Established in 2009, the company has evolved to offer a broad range of Clean Energy Council-approved solar products at wholesale prices, installed by certified professionals. Originally known as OZ Solar Systems and later Qld Solar Installers, Wholesale Solar is dedicated to delivering quality service and supporting long-term customer needs. In 2022, founder Bret expanded the company’s impact by launching the Clean Energy Foundation, which donates solar systems to organizations in need. Wholesale Solar’s mission combines affordability with quality, ensuring accessible clean energy for the community.

Greg was wonderful and had an electrician to me within 30 minutes, problem diagnosed in 5 and sorted with power back on in speedy time out of hours. He has installed many EV chargers for our family and both Greg and his team were wonderful every time.

Bret and the installation team were a pleasure to deal with. Bret put together a system design for me that was perfect in terms of size and panel layout, and he was always friendly and approachable, giving helpful assistance for example with how to navigate the Queensland Battery Booster rebate scheme. The installation team under Greg were punctual, friendly, and impressive in their work ethic. The system seems to be performing well, and looks terrific!
