Recently had our split system repaired & serviced at our business premises by Glow Heating & Cooling. Communication from Ebony at their head office was outstanding & kept us 100% informed as to when their technician would arrive & perform the work required. The technician (Tristan) arrived on time & went over & above in the work performed on site & gave our unit a complete service & clean up. Could not be happier with the service provided & would highly recommend their services.

Definitely some of the best people to deal with. Imagine tradespeople rocking up “on time” quite the spectacle really.
Installed an awesome ducted heating/cooling system for us with all the bells and whistles which is exactly what we needed.
Not to mention they cleaned up afterthemselves before they left and knocked out the whole job pretty quickly too.
Can’t recommend Glow highly enough!!

The Glow team installed a heating and cooling system throughout our house a little under a month ago. The whole team were very professional and hardworking during the entire process from planning to installation.
Our house was a difficult installation – we have a combination of an old building at the front of the property and a modern extension at the back that has a very small pitched roof. After consulting with a number of heating and cooling companies in the area, Glow was the only company that were happy and willing to take on the job. As well as offer creative and modern solutions to ensure we ended up with a heating and cooling system throughout the house.
Sean and Troy were a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough.
