Solarblu expertly installed a 6.6kw system facing west in May 2024 and at the time Rob said we’d probably receive zero bills as we already had 2.6kw facing NE. We didn’t believe him but we’ve now received 2 zero bills from Red Energy over winter! Very happy 😊

We’ve just had Solarblu install our solar power system and are really happy with it. The guys, Andrew, Pat and David did a fabulous job. They were very knowledgeable, very efficient, worked with safety and left everything neat and tidy. They were all very pleasant to deal with and explained things clearly. David then installed our phone ap so that we could monitor the system’s efficiency. Just watching the savings on day one was amazing. Their office contacted us the following morning to finalise the liaison procedure with our power service provider.

Cameron was a very friendly and helpful sales rep, he was honest, he didn’t try OT over sell, the 3 young men that installed the panels where on said time, quick, friendly, and very helpful, explained everything to us even set up the app on my phone, they cleaned everything before they left the job, I would highly recommend them

Solarblu were very helpful during the early stages while I worked out the right system for me. Once I paid the money, I struggled to get any further response from them with a few issues along the way. Appears a change in communication channels- email etc has caused this lack of communication and Solarblu are now looking to make things right. Thank you SolarBlu for rectifying this situation.

We got three quotes. SolarBlu wasn’t the cheapest but was definitely the best value. One group from Sydney seemed almost too cheap, makes you wonder if they cut corners or something. They came out to see us and discussed our needs and made solid recommendations. We thought we needed a battery too but now realise we didn’t, so we got the same result without the huge expense of a battery. We are so happy with the job, no fuss and the installers were very professional and tidy. Highly recommended.

Just had a 6.6kW system installed by SolarBlu and awaiting the metering upgrade by Red before we can turn it on proper. Was concerned initially given the amount of bad publicity of the sector, but decided we had to do it. The team at SolarBlu were great to deal with, gave me a good quote using good quality panels and inverters, and on the day, the install team were also great. We had an issue re fitting the panels on one section of roof, but Dan listened to my thoughts, proposed his ideas, and away he went and installed the panels the way we agreed on. Installation was very professional. Very happy with SolarBlu.

After the installation of the battery, we decided to add additional panels to our existing system. Well had a solar system installed at the start off February 2023 things was going well then the inverter shut down 21 days for three days this is now Friday I had made call to the office no response called the sales person he said someone will be out on Monday no one turned up so made another call to the office and was told someone will be out on Tuesday now still having problems very poor solar generation I was after the inverter to be replaced won’t replace the inverter very poor customer service and after this I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
