The installation of solar panels and batteries by 1KOMMA5° was carried out very professionally with 1 team installing solar panels on the roof and another team setting up the batteries and inverter. There was a minor hiccup when the software was missing an update, but this was quickly remedied. The installation of the smart meter (by my electricity supplier) was 2 weeks after solar installation and was slower than I expected.
Everything should be working this week.

I have only had my solar system and battery for one day, so I cant comment on that yet, but the installers really impressed me. They turned up on time, were extremely polite and respectful and kept me informed of the progress of the installation.
Having dealt with numerous “tradies” over the years, I found Tyler and his crew to be amongst the best I have had dealings with and feel that they are a genuine asset to your organisation.
Would happily recommend this company for any solar and or battery installation.

i had to ask for assistance with pigeons nesting underneath my panels and customer service personnel, Brendan was a huge help with this and also an Enphase app that had not been working since day one. after almost a week of constant contact from me, Brendan always promptly replied and stayed with me to make sure both issues were sorted. he put in contact with Dusty from Mounties Roofing who within a few days fixed both the issues, while all the time Brendan was checking in with me. i was so impressed that all through my annoyance he never avoided me and saw me through the positive end result. best customer service i have experienced for a long time.
