Will and the team at Airlec fitted a new Solar system to my new house and its working amazing. Will talked me through the different systems and I couldn’t be happier with the end product. Highly recommend if anyone is looking into Solar.

Review Update:

After speaking with Will from Airlec we went ahead and had a 13.2 kw solar panel system with 10kw inverter installed at our current home. It’s been installed a week and has been generating on average 38kwh per day (the projected figure for July was 33 kwh/day).

On the flip side, our consumption has averaged 36.5 kwh per day so we are already wiping out our power bill costs and generating some feed in tariff credits and it’s the middle of Winter!

The entire system (including an additional electrical job) was installed in a single day. We are very happy with what was done and how it was done.

We’ve also decided to rip out our instant gas hot water system and replace it with a 250 litre electric one in order to maximise the benefit of our Solar System. Airlec will be connecting this to a load control device caled Catchpower (google it) that will ensure our hot water system is powered by excess solar and not the power grid.

I Had installed a solar system on my previous residence 13 years ago. A lot has changed with technology since then. I’m now talking to Airlec about solar options for my current residence as Will’s knowledge and experience is a cut above his competitors, especially if you’re looking for advice on an Off-Grid Solution.

Competitive pricing, good communication and prompt installation after finalising quote. Would use their services again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Jack and the team were quick efficient and did a fantastic job .

Will and his team are amazing. Discussing our requirements with him was straightforward and easy. No pressure to commit, no up selling and no over inflated prices because it was an insurance claim, just here are your options. Our home was treated with great care during the install of the solar system. When compared to other companies the Airlec quote was significantly more cost effective without compromising on quality. Better yet, Airlec is a local company. Our insurer wanted to send us someone from the Sunshine Coast to supply and fit the new system, we live in Toowoomba! The tracking app on the system is awesome and shows us how much power it’s generating and more importantly how much money it saves us. We could not be happier with Will, the Airlec Team or the process from enquiry to install.
