After i puting the reveiw in Google, i have been contacted by Jason whom is the senior manager in AHS. He helped me to resolve the inverter issue by ordering and installing addional Goodwe meter free of charge. Thanks to his quick response and proactive reply. I am statisfied with their service and modify the reivew to 4 stars.
the problem is miscommunication between the sales team and installation team. they are not align with the prodcut in the 1st place. Preherps a customer feedback session will improve the quality of their service.
