I recently bought a solar system from Australian solar and security and was very happy with the service provided to me but due to a mix up with the power co not Australian solar and security I had reason to not be very happy however this has been sorted out and I am now very happy with that company and would/will recommend them to you Jeff Lodding

Just had a 6.6Kw system installed and couldn’t be happier. This replaced an existing 1Kw system that had reached end-of-life. The whole process was painless and the quality of the installation was very high. The boys cleaned up all the packaging and took the old system for recycling. They may not be the cheapest but as they say, you get what you pay for.

my first encounter with craig and jayde was very positive however since then i feel i am not happy as i have now been hit with a 705 dollar fee from simply energy i was told there would be no further costs also i didnt realise that i had to pay a loan back and i am still not connected to the grid

Most hassle free job to have done . had no idea about what to do I left it up to them they where all over it . Signed up about 2 weeks later panels up then that it . Couldn’t be happier with the service installers where great no mess no hassles took about 5 hours and they were gone . Highly recommended their service.

Outstanding customer service and result dealing with the team. We personally dealt with Andy who has gone above and beyond to achieve us a package that matched our budget and our energy usage generation. From the moment we started the process, it has been so easy, Andy did everything for us from applying for the grants on our behalf to organising the finance and install. The installers were also awesome, the panels are neat and tidy on the roof as was the yard after they left. I had fourteen panels installed by Greg’s team at Australian Security and Solar in August 2021, and now enjoy dramatically reduced power bills – in fact in December I paid nothing and had credits due to selling back into the grid the excess power generated.
Repaying the state government interest free loan is so easy because of my greatly reduced electricity bills, I don’t even notice it each month. I was very happy with the installation team, they were friendly and efficient and kept me fully informed of the process on the day. Highly recommend to anyone looking to reduce their electricity bills.
