Outstanding customer service and result dealing with the team. We personally dealt with Andy who has gone above and beyond to achieve us a package that matched our budget and our energy usage generation. From the moment we started the process, it has been so easy, Andy did everything for us from applying for the grants on our behalf to organising the finance and install. The installers were also awesome, the panels are neat and tidy on the roof as was the yard after they left. I had fourteen panels installed by Greg’s team at Australian Security and Solar in August 2021, and now enjoy dramatically reduced power bills – in fact in December I paid nothing and had credits due to selling back into the grid the excess power generated.
Repaying the state government interest free loan is so easy because of my greatly reduced electricity bills, I don’t even notice it each month. I was very happy with the installation team, they were friendly and efficient and kept me fully informed of the process on the day.
