After experiencing some issues with Energex due to no fault of theirs, Tanya in the office went above and beyond and spent many frustrating hours to get everything sorted for us and we are very grateful. Luke and his installation team did a fantastic job in installing our 6.6kw system today.
They were fast and effective and extremely professional and cleaned up behind afterwards and showed a strong sense of pride in their workmanship.
In fact even at the start of the sales process Gary their rep who himself is an experienced electrician and solar installer made the information and quotations process even more enjoyable as he was a great source of valuable and important information when deciding on the appropriate system for my particular needs.

Mick was very patient with me during the quoting process – I had plenty of questions and concerns and he took the time to explain all of them and cater to my needs. I had 6 quotes and Mick was the only installer that had a creative idea of using larger panels to get a bigger system on my otherwise limited roof space. This allowed me to get a system that was 10.9kw system on my roof where other installers said they could only get 9kw up there. This showed me Mick’s many years of experience and ultimately led me to have a system that will pay much better dividends.
On the installation day, the team of 5 turned up right on time (which, let’s be honest, is already a massive win compared to most tradies :P), they were courteous, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns promptly. They finished within the same day and walked me through how to use the system.
I felt I was in good hands the whole time and everything just worked smoothly. In an industry full of plenty of shady types, seeing a local company like this treating customers right is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.

Mick and his team came highly recommended by a close friend, so it was reassuring to know the standard of work Australian Solar Installations does across south-east Queensland on much bigger projects. I had installed a solar power system on my previous home, so I had done my research and pretty much knew what I wanted. Mick arrived a few hours after I called with my initial inquiry and, by the time he was gone – less than an hour later – the project was in his hands. The technology and price was better than I had anticipated. Mick offered advice about what I needed – particularly the integrated inverter – and I was satisfied I was getting the best possible value for money. The weather was terrible for the weeks leading up to the installation and Mick stayed in touch and we mutually deferred twice before ‘Mick’s Army’ arrived Friday morning and were gone just after lunch. It was a very impressive operation and his team leader spent as much time as I needed to comprehend the technology and monitoring of the system. People where I live also were impressed with our project and at least one person has already signed on with Mick to install the same system as mine.
