An absolute cracker of a company! So responsive and efficient. I couldn’t rate them more highly tbh. Quotes sent out in a timely manner with all options and ample information to allow me to make an informed decision on what system was right for us. Ended up getting a larger system than originally sought due to the breakdown of data supplied in the quote, though the company never once tried to upsell or push us into a bigger purchase, they just supplied enough info and let us choose. It helped that the prices were pretty competitive too. Jody was amazing at communicating with us for the entire process and was so patient and approachable with my frequent calls and questions. The young blokes that did the install were efficient, personable and bloody hard-working and so generous in not making me feel like a complete noob when running me through all the tech at handover. Even the follow-up care has been exceptional with the boys coming out this morning to fix the solar app on my phone; nothing has been too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend this company any day of the week.

They respected us as a client and also the company they represent. I was assisted with downloading and understanding the app and they have been very supportive with follow up. Barra team were fantastic when I realised the solar wasn’t working in a new property. Very fast to come around and do an inspection and then provided me with options to upgrade my inverter box. Great follow up service also. Would definitely recommend.
