Had my system installed 2 years ago which was held up with multiple delays due to covid which I understand and accept. What I don’t except is not being informed of no solar feed in available in my area. Also after 2 years finally have export available which I sorted myself no thanks to city to surf. Also while my system was not exporting the entire system wasn’t running at maximum capacity which I also wasn’t informed of. Still waiting on the phone call back from them but no point now. Disappointing considering I choose city to surf as they were local with a good reputation.

We needed a replacement Dongle which was ordered immediately and employee from City to Surf Solar returned within two weeks with a new Dongle and installed it.
