I have recently had 28 (12.18 kW) solar panels installed with Enphase microinverters and a control system. The quoting process was excellent. Shelley provided detailed information about the products and the installation process during her visit to my home. She has been very responsive to follow-up questions and has provided excellent service. The quote I received was competitive. Margaret and the team of installers did an outstanding job. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and despite having to deal with some intricate issues, they maintained excellent communication with me throughout. They were very polite in their interactions and performed the work in a very professional and neat manner. I am absolutely thrilled with the new installation and am considering the possibility of getting batteries installed later. I highly recommend this company and the workers.

This company has changed drastically in the past few years. Originally very helpful and supportive, the new staff there are totally unprofessional. The new receptionist was exceptionally rude, and should not be treating customers with such disrespect. I’m sorry to say we will avoid working with them altogether from now on.

Country Solar NT has done a wonderful job installing my solar panels recently. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before I decided on the system, and I had all my questions about alternatives answered. The team arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and quickly. I received all the paperwork, including Certificate of Occupancy. I have switched to ‘6 to 6’ tariff, and have just received my Jacana bill for the first month – I have a refund! Could not have been happier from the environmental and personal finances point of view, and could not have been more grateful to Country Solar NT. I highly recommend them to anyone considering rooftop solar.

I bought solar panels from them last year and have not had any issues since then. I found them extremely pleasent and effective to work with. They were very knowledgable and gave advice on the process throughout and worked to get the best for my budget. They were good with followups afterwards to answer questions I had or follow up any other documentation.
Sebastian and his crew were extremely professional and curteous particularly when they arrived to install the panels. They cleaned up after themselves and if I wasn’t there that day I wouldn’t have known they had been in.
I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get solar panels installed, particularly before the dry season ends.
