Really happy with the end to end service from EB Solar and their Installers. EB were happy to answer any questions we had, and provided multiple options for us in where to locate our panels. We visited or spoke to them multiple times. On each interaction they were never rushed and ensured we understood the information being supplied. Follow up service was also great in keeping us informed. The installers were very punctual in regards to attending appointments when they advised they were coming, and the quality of their work in regards to installation and walking us through the process and system was outstanding. Our solar was installed in August last year after a great visit by Bill, who advised us that a 6.6kw system would more than meet our needs. The installation was stress free, and in our first bill it saved us 50%, then our next bill in January was a $85 credit, needless to say that we’re very happy with finally deciding to get solar installed and thoroughly recommend that others do so too. EB Solar and the installer, IInstall Electrical are local companies as well, so its a no brainer. Thanks EB Solar for helping us to save money.

We have a chimney that was going to cause shade. The engineer report suggested a new solution. We were happy with Matt the installer he was polite and efficient. He cleaned up good as new. Bill and the team were not only brilliant but also the model of patience. We started looking into systems over 9 months ago and they answered all the questions I had researched
We had to replace gutters and repaint the roof and when we came back to looking at the solar system Bill had new products to offer in inverter technology which suited our application very well
The install contractors also deserve praise, given the age of the house and the non standard spacing of rafters etc, the finished job looked a lot neater than I was expecting
All up I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solar system, friendly and professional

Had solar system installed late 2016 by EB Solar, just recently had a problem arise not connected to install and contacted Bill in their office during Christmas break 2020 who was fantastic in his response. Arranged for contract electrician Matt to come and repair fault in agreed time frame, it was pleasant change to find contractor who returned phone calls and stayed in contact. I originally went with EB Solar for this reason that if I had a issue in the future I felt they would still be around unlike some of the cheaper companies that quoted me at the time. Very happy I chose EB Solar.

Just recently had my home solar system installed with EBSOLAR.
I deliberated for a while with whom to use. When I did I have had no regrets. The sales team excelled with Bill Melville’s patience and help in reaching the final choice (it must have been frustrating), Rose for handling all the paperwork with the council and changeover etc, Jamie for his technical advice and recommendations. I was kept informed every step of the process.
The installation team headed by Matt from Iinstall Electrical were professional, respectful and very competent.
The Clean Energy Council’s official final inspection verified the excellent installation done.
EBSOLAR’s complete package made the installation seamless and I can highly recommend their service.
