A very positive experience with EGS Electric Gas Solar (at Cnr Warwick Street & Brooker Highway, Hobart TAS 7000) for onsite visitation for two heatpump hot water options, detailed quotation, subsequent installation of an Apricus 260L All-in-one Heatpump hotwater system, STC documentation and payment. A smooth process thanks to the team members including Will who worked hard on the installation, the electrician, Jason for coordinating the installation at very short notice, Todd for the onsite visit and quotation and Emilia for office communications.

Emilia and EGS’ contractors Urs and Darren were fantastic. We have had a Daikin split system for years, and the compressor blew up. They acted as quickly as possible to have everything replaced under warranty. 5 stars, excellent business who really cares about the customer.

My wife and I are currently renovating an older home and one of the problems we came across is that the hot water cylinder was located in the corner of the kitchen taking up a lot of room as well as not providing enough hot water to service the kitchen and bathroom. The team at EGS were able to provide knowledgeable recommendations that fit our budget and overall long term plan by installing a larger and more efficient system outside and out of the way within a week of quoting.
