Put an enquiry through their website for a shower head replacement and didn’t hear anything back for MONTHS until they suddenly tried to call on a Saturday morning at 9:30am, I didn’t answer but they left a text message from the same phone number saying they’d booked an appointment for the next day but with no time specified. I tried calling back 3 or so times throughout the day and they never picked up, I texted the number back asking them to call me or provide more information. Then later in the day saw they’d emailed me as well so I responded to the email asking them to cancel any appointment as I no longer trusted them to attend my residence especially after reading other dodgy reviews here. No one showed up the next day but they’ve since sent 2 more emails so I’ve blocked the email address.
