We used Empire solar to install our 9.6Kw solar system with Tesla battery. I can’t praise these guys enough. Polite, well mannered young gentlemen with an excellent knowledge of their craft. The installation was efficient and professional from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job clean as pin. The cost of the works was extremely competitive. If you are thinking of installing a solar system then look no further than Empire solar. Great job.

We were appreciative of Empire for coming to our property to inspect and explain everything to us in clear detail and willingess to answer all of our questions. With the number of suppliers available today it is difficult to narrow it down to a trustworthy company. Once we decided to go with Empire they were helpful in providing instructions in how to prepare us (looking up some energy providers and signing up to get the best feed in tariff deals and letting us know to have a smart meter so it is working on the day of installation).
On the days of installation they were punctual and very respectful of our property. They had to come back to install panels as it was a windy day and everything was well prepped for the panels to be mounted on the next installation date. They took extra care to ensure any broken roof tiles could be repalced with spares we had in storage. Follow up was great as well as they provided all the information we requesteed without any issues. Thankyou Ben, Daniel and John, we will highly recommend Empire Solar Systems to our friends and family!

Highly recommend Empire Solar. I was looking for a fairly small ~3.5kw system for my house. Of all the quotes I got, Empire Solar were the most responsive, and the most competitive in terms of price. I also appreciated that they were the only installers to physically come out to my property in order to provide a more accurate quote and to discuss all the options.
The installation day itself went incredibly smoothly – the team did an excellent job.

I found the whole process from quote to installation with Empire Solar a truly pleasing experience. Like most people I was not very knowledgeable about what to expect in terms of solar energy and found dealing with various contractors, energy providers etc more than a little confusing. I contacted a few companies but did not feel comfortable about the information they gave me. On many occasions I found the information differed from person to person. However after contacting Empire Solar, John Gribble came to my house, sat with me and walked me through various options available and made the understanding of the technology and process sound simple.
We had a number of chats and he proposed options which he modelled and allowed us to choose the best way forward for us. After we had signed up, a date for installation was set and Daniel and his team confirmed the day before and arrived as promised and completed the installation professionally and with minimum fuss. When I asked questions, they supplied answers and when they weren’t sure of what was agreed or where something should go they asked me to clarify and let me know if there was an issue so I could decide what course of action they should take.
The ongoing customer service has been exceptional. I had questions after the team had left and a phone call sorted things out. They contacted my energy provider and arranged the paperwork for the grid connection with no fuss.
Overall I felt very comfortable and I am very happy with the whole experience and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who asked my opinion.

Empire Solar did a great job for my solar panels, this time i got them back for the install of my EV charger, they have been very informative and quick with the install. Very professional onsite, and did not make a mess. the charger worked great, and very looking very neat.
