I got my solar panels installed lately by Empower Solar Australia. I can’t be happier with the services they provided from the consultation and installation. They left my house clean and kept my doggies safe. ESA company owned my trust. Thank you for the fantastic job.

Empower Solar in Perth delivered an appalling experience. From the outset, they failed to assess my energy needs properly, ignoring my existing setups and power usage. Their salesperson lacked knowledge about electrical specifics, coming off more like a pushy salesman than a professional. The third-party electrician they sent didn’t do the job right, and for over 15 months, they’ve avoided my calls and failed to follow up. I had to reach out directly to the battery manufacturer, Alpha ESS, who are now fixing the issue for free due to Empower Solar’s poor service. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

Zero points for trashing my insulation and leaving rubbish in the roof during installation and only getting miniscule rebates back per quarter. The cabling in my roof – even worse. I was assured that savings would be greatly beneficial but $20 per quarter even during summer equals to waste of time and money. I gave up contacting them after last year as they are happy to give me bullshit answers and no resolutions.
I would take them to court if I could.

Josh was splendid to work with. He was knowledgeable and remained patient with our many questions and ensured we obtained the best performing system to meet the family needs.
