We chose Energus to install a commercial solar system on our farm in 2016. We were impressed by their installation service and all went well until April 19 this year when we realised, after receiving a much larger electricity account than expected that the system was not working as it should be. We contacted the company and were asked to supply photos etc which we did advising that our knowledge of solar technology was extremely limited. We just wanted technical advice…..and this is where it became extremely challenging and frustrating. There has been numerous emails, phone calls, etc since then and finally we paid for an Energus technician to visit, which we would have been happy to do in April given the opportunity. The technician visited mid July and advised it was an inverter issue. We expected to hear from Energus about a replacement reasonably soon after but a follow up email on July 28 has still not been answered. Please Energus, we are now out of pocket around $12,000 and cannot afford to have another electricity account like the last two. We know you can be a reliable company and we want to see that same quality installation service in your after sales service. Wyuna Farms, Kulnura.
In the past couple of weeks Energus have demonstrated a huge improvement in attending to our inverter problem and it would appear that we will be able to report in the very near future that a very satisfactory result has been completed.

After great sales and installation 4 years ago, we have a
problem with our inverter since April this year (2023) and you still have not assisted us to fix the problem. Energus You have placed the blame on Fronius who have tried to assist us and have said that it could possibly be a loose wire which they say is the installers responsibility to investigate and fix. Shame on your after sales service which is non existent. Several calls and emails later and we are still waiting for support.

After great sales service and initial installation, we discovered that there was a problem with our system. I first contacted Energus to resolve this issue on 16 December. It is now 10 May and after 5+ phonecalls and multiple emails, nothing has been done to help me (despite multiple promises).
I would not normally leave such a negative review, but after 5 months, I’ve had enough.
Avoid this company if you’re hoping for any after sales customer service.

We spent nearly 20k bought sonnen battery and 5.1kw solar panels from Energus in Jan 2019, since last year battery kept offline and failed to be reconnected, now battery always kept auto off in past one month. Recently sent repair/replace request to them many times, but still no one follow up, no one response us, one look after us, what a poor customer service! Strongly not advise! Better stay away and be careful !

Fantastic professional company from sales right through to installation. Was fitted with a system that would accommodate the future needs of my business. The team at Energus were always attentive to my needs and offered the best value for money of any of the providers they were competing with. The installation was performed within the allocated time by a friendly and helpful installation team. Couldn’t fault anything regarding the system. It has performed to expectation so far and Energus are always checking in to see if there is anything questions or issues that need addressing. 5 star company. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A+++

From start to finish, the Energus team were very professional.
Dennis from the first contact via phone and also prompt emails in return with quotes and information on the products was so helpful.
Shashank was quick with setting up the monitoring and paperwork for energy company, great to also get a follow up phone call to make sure everything was submitted with paperwork.
Lastly Jaek who installed the panels did a great job and was so helpful with setting up the inverter wifi monitoring, cleaned up after themselves.

I’m very happy by recent dealing with Energus. From beginning both Dennis (sales), Miko (customer service), Shashank (project manager) have been very helpful and friendly, response quickly to all my inquiries, provide information and updating me every step of the process. Shashand also helped me to set up monitoring account with ABB and prepare the paperworks for the smart meter change to my energy provider.
Lastly, Kane the electrician / installer is also very friendly and professional. On the day of installation he came early and working alone all by himself because the other man was sick, couldn’t turn up at the last minute. Even so Kane did a fantastic job and finished the work on time just before the rain started. His skills & experiences make the job seems very easy and simple.
I would highly recommend Energus team to anyone seeking solar installations.
