Excellent experience overall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff explained the process. Install was swift and went with only a minor hitch. There was some damage to our bathroom exhaust fan and light during the install that was patched by the installer. System was up and running the same say.
Edit: upon inspection of the damaged exhaust fan we found that the damage was more extensive and required replacement of the exhaust fan with a new unit. The installer not only damaged the ceiling around the fan, but also completely broke the exhaust attachment from the fan.

Cold call out of the blue. Said they got my name from “home owners’ register”. Complete nonsense. I know where my number is linked to in Adelaide. I can’t trust a company that purchases dodgy contact lists for cold calling.

Consultant didn’t show up for the appointment.
No communication. Waited til 10:30am.
I lost out on a full days work eating for him. That’s hundreds of dollars I now don’t have.
The consults name was Vedab Becirovic.
I’d stay away if they can’t even keep an appointment.

After meeting with Vedad the salesman(who was rather apologetic about screwing me around)
He happily walked me through their offer, explained the benefits of the different array types and systems and I later signed up to purchase a 12kw system.
The installers were a couple of polite fellas, who even swept after themselves, we unfortunately got rained out but that’s not their fault.
All around a happy turn around

We’re very happy with our new 12kW solar system and 10kW battery on a nearly 50 year old house in Blackwood. From the initial site visit with Addie to the installation with Matt and his team, Energy Busters gave excellent, impartial advice for the design and the installation was professional, quick and to a high standard. This was a difficult build and I was pleasantly surprised by how easily and quickly they made it all happen. They use industry leading SunPower Maxeon solar panels and their cost is reasonable. I highly recommend Energy Busters and happily join the hundreds of other 5 star reviewers.
