We were looking for a quality solar system with backup if the need arose and that level of service, we believe, could only come from someone local.
We received quotes from a mixing pot of suppliers and installers, from the elcheapo adds you see on TV to the other expensive end of the market.
We were impressed with Marcel from the start, you wouldn’t meet a nicer bloke who was very passionate in his trade. We felt very relaxed with Marcel explaining the system to the degree of knowledge we were capable of understanding. There was no hard sell, just a relaxing conversation. We booked him the very next day.
The price was very reasonable considering the quality of workmanship, materials and warranty. Everything was also explained in great detail as the install progressed, only because I wanted to know being the sticky beak I am. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have picked a more experienced, more friendly easy going team if we tried. Very, very happy with the entire process from the very beginning.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marcel and his team to everyone considering solar, even if it’s just to get a quote to compare others. You will not be disappointed.
