Expert Electrical installed a 13.2 kW system and a charger for our EV. They did an amazing job, getting the system installed and fully operational in a day and a half (connected to wi fi, apps set up and everything). They answered all our questions, provided very helpful advice and went the extra mile to install the system just how and where we wanted it. I did a LOT of research and homework and very happy with our decision. We’d highly recommend them.

From my initial enquiry, they were very knowledgeable, and happy to provide various quotes for solar options, with detailed information regarding the differences between the panel brands & system sizes. From a sales perspective they were informative and helpful, and not at all pushy, as I have encountered with other companies.
Overall they were fantastic to deal with, all communications were clear, and they were incredibly flexible, after multiple installation date reschedules from ourselves, due to delays on a replacement roof, which had to be completed first.

Communication was excellent, they explained the options, did a pre-quote site visit, and managed to schedule the install quickly, which only took a morning. December to April we managed to be in credit with our power bills (zero to pay!). The team at Expert Energy were professional and we definitely have zero complaints or concerns.
