I have only had positive experiences with Fritts solar. Easy to organise plan and set up. I had one troubleshooting problem, however a quick phone call with Chad has fixed the problem. No other issues. Solar has been working well.

I recently had a solar installation done by Fritts Solar, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The owner himself met with me and was kind enough to offer a fantastic deal at a great pricing point, without compromising on quality. I purchased 15 x 440W Longi HiMo panels and 1 x 5kW Fronius inverter, and the entire process was seamless. A full, professional team arrived on-site, and the installation was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Since having the solar installed, I’ve already noticed a significant difference in my power bill. I highly recommend Fritts Solar for their excellent service, kind and professional approach, and top-notch results!

The installation process went smoothly, with the team working efficiently and professionally. They kept me updated throughout and ensured everything was done correctly. Quoting process was easy and transparent. the installation was booked with enough notice and flexible with times so the roof painting can be finished. The whole team including installers were polite. Installation was tidy and they arrived and finished just according to the plan.
Once installation was finished, customer service (Chad) immediately followed up and asked to contact him in future if there were any issues. customer service? They connected to the grid just a day after the install.

I did so much research into solar system for our home and spoken to 5 different solar installers, each has their own pros and cons. I decided to go with Fritts Solar based on few factors:
– Expert knowledge – Abhi was very knowledgeable about solar system, panels, inverters and batteries. He came to my house to inspect the site, provided his honest advice and was able to recommend a solution which was suited to our needs.
– Products range – Fritts Solar provides a range of quality panels and inverters which gives me the flexibility to choose the products that suits my budget.
– Communication – Great communication from start to finish. Abhi and his team (Joy and Chad) were easily contactable via phone or email and happy to answer any queries promptly. They kept me informed of the whole process and booked me in for a prompt installation when I agreed to proceed. Post-installation, Chad guided me to install the solar app on my mobile and talked me through on how to use it.
– Pricing – Fritts Solar products pricing is among the most competitive and affordable in WA market. Their pricing was transparent (no hidden costs) and the breakdown of costs was easy to understand.
– Installation – The installer electricians (Suren and Sunny) were punctual, professional and helpful in explaining the installation process, tweaking positions and locations of the panels to optimize for the sun direction. The installation was very neat and tidy. Before leaving, they explained to me the solar system shutdown procedure in case emergency, what to expect in terms of alerts, and who to contact in case of any issues.
The whole process from start to end went very smoothly and beyond my expectation. The system is working perfectly as expected. Highly recommended. Overall 5 star experience with Fritts Solar.

Fritts Solar came in under every other quote I had for the same equipment. Joy was very knowledgeable and was very open to my wishes something I found other companies were not. I liked that they were not pushy and quoted for the Fronius inverter that I really wanted. Other companies had their own agendas and suggested other inverters claiming that Fronius were not as good as the hype. I chose 6.6kw of the Jinko all black panels.
Once I signed the contract it took about 2 weeks for Synergy and Western Power to approve. After that it was literally a few days for installation.
On installation day, the installers arrived promptly and made sure to agree on inverter and panel locations and array layouts. All up installation took around 4 hours. Cabling was tidy and installation very neat. They explained how to power up and down the inverter and set up the wifi for me.
Western Power took 6 days to change the meter, and now I’m up and running. 2nd day so far and I’m generating around 5kw during 11am-3pm. Up to 5pm production is at 35.7kWh which is pretty good for September. So far I’m very happy with the install.

Let me say up front that its an absolute minefield to get solar to your requirements at the right price.
The proprietor of Fritts Solar met me at my home to take me through the options. The quote I received was in the ballpark compared with PSW; a company I had been recommended.
I then discovered that I wasn’t comparing apples with apples, so went back to PSW(!) to revise their quote. They said that they couldn’t match by a very significant amount and walked away.
Reluctantly, I chose Fritts, but seriously, they can do the job!
The install went well. We had some glitches with the installed gear, and I went full Karen because there was no support on the weekend, but they took accountability and got things humming quickly.

I chose Fritss solar over other Companies as Abhinu was the only one that never pushed me or made endlessly phone calls!. He was very clear explaining the offers, honest and polite. He is very clever and knows what he talks about. He was not pushy with any product and gave me freedom to investigate and choose what I want. The Company reviews were very good so I decided to go with him over others. The process was very quick and clean. I picked Fronius inverter with Tigo optimisers in shady spots and Jinko N panels. Installation was smooth and the Crew made it from 7-11:30 am. No complains and happy with my purchase.
