I’ve already shared the review of the install of the battery and new PV panels. This is about a recent service experience.
The Fronius Watt Pilot front fell off our unit. I called the service team around 4pm on a Thursday. They took my call and advised that a technician would be with me early in the morning. I got a text around 7.30am to advise they’d be there at 8.30am.
8.30am arrives and Brendan is there, happy, smiling and full of admiration for my super strength in being able to break this thing (he wasn’t, apparently it can happen). Anyway, the unit was completely replaced inside an hour, added back into my system and we also did a firmware update to the main Fronius inverter.
This was performed under warranty at a time of year I know is busy for them. The response was exceptional. Things go wrong, I accept that. It’s how organisations deal with them that separates the good from the bad.
I won’t hesitate to recommend this company and its people whenever advice is sought.
10/10 Highly Recommend.

Overall, dealing with GSolar was professional and prompt. From inquiry to install, everything was communicated well and on time. We had regular updates via email/phone call and I never felt unsure about what was happening or when. Our solar is running great and would recommend using this local business over others. What a great company – professional the whole way. Very pleasant experience dealing with this company.
I had 13 year old panels replaced and retained my original SMA 4KW inverter. The performance of the new panels is outstanding.
I was promised 21KW per day but usually getting 26 to 28.
Installation is far more neat and tidy than the original one.
