I dealt with this company and found them to be extremely misleading and I wasn’t going to proceed with the order, I asked for my refundable deposit and I was avoided no refund for the last 5 months and no return calls or emails.they definitely scammed me. Very corupt company. BUYERS BEWARE

Our experience with Global Solar World has been excellent. GSW were recommended to us and we have subsequently recommended them to two more people – one of which has installed a solar system by GSW and are also very happy. The sales process was clear and all questions were answered promptly. There was no pressure to accept the quote provided. Install date provided was within 2 weeks of the quote being accepted and the installers did an excellent job. The system was up and running on the day, all documentation was submitted by GSW.

So Andrew from Global solar World came out and discussed what my needs where and what would suit me and my family, he was very helpful and very understanding. No question was to hard and you don’t feel pressured to buy it he will come out and measure and see if they can fit solar on your property and they show you how much energy you will produce with the systems that they have , they can also Taylor a system to suit your family requirements. So I decided to get a 8 kw system with Hyundai panels and foronius inverter, 25 yr warranty and 5plus 5 year warranty on inverter.. The guys came out and started at 9am and by 4 pm the job was done, so I now have reduced my carbon imprint.
Guys you did a great job exceptional service and you all work great as a team I would highly recommend you to all my friends and family.
So I have had solar for over a year now and the savings have been huge, when you first start with solar you will have No idea as to what is right and what is left but after a few months you will see the savings.I can honestly say that solar has offset our quarterly bill by up to 85 percent and the way that energy is going it is a smart move.

GSW handle the complete project with excellence from initial design discussions through to the installation. They supported me with sourcing spare teracotta tiles required for the install procedure. The installers worked hard and prerformed thier tasks with diligence and completed a 10kW system on a 2nd story roof in one day. Highly recomended.

We had Global Solar World install our 6.6kW solar system with Fronius inverter over 3 years ago. We had error messages and derating of our inverter due to overheating recently . Jasbir promptly organised a technician to come out and within 10 minutes he had our inverter up and working at full capacity. I have recommended Global Solar World to many neighbours and friends over these last 3 years and will continue to recommend their services.

I had Global Solar World install panels on my terracotta tile roof. From the beginning Andrew was very helpful answering all my questions and providing recommendations. Their quote was also the most competitive using quality components.
The installation process went smoothly. I was expecting a few broken tiles but none of them had to be replaced and the job was high quality. When they initially came, they did a quick assessment and recommended I tweak the layout due to shading that was not picked up from the original design.
