Paul and the team are really great to deal with. Paul explained everything very clearly and responded when I needed a question answered. The installers where lovely, very clean and also helped setting up the app and explained the system. Tyana was also very thorough in sending through photos of everything and organising things her end afterwards. Great service all round.

I was procrastinating the solar install for few years now and finally decided to get a system installed in Sep 2023 from
Go Green Home Solar by Paul and team. I started getting quotes and began my research with established providers. I even went to the popular Solar quotes to get quotes from their recommended. While I received quotes from most of them promptly and they were all great in answering my questions, eventually I shortlisted Paul’s quote with another two from local installers. Eventually I chose the installation with Go Green Home Solar in spite a communication hiccup with the team in the process. The quote I went with wasn’t necessarily the cheapest of all, but Paul was confident in answering my questions, explained the rationale with why he suggested few combinations etc and provided me various configurations and options to add or remove. The flexibility allowed me to decide on the system I wanted and also do my independent research on the system performance. He also promised to take care of all pre and post work related to smart meter upgrade, 3-phase conversion,etc.
Once signed up, the whole install process was breeze, Tyana from the admin team was pleasant and very responsive to deal with. The installation by Brian and team was very friendly, professional and efficient on the day. They even left the place clean and tidy by taking all the rubbish with them, vacuuming the garage after their work.
I am very happy with the solar system I got and with team at Go Green Home Solar and would recommend them if you are looking for a solar solution.
