A VERY bad company there keep calling my sick wife who has a heart condition and dementia very pushy call center very pushy sales people yes it is green solar , my wife has asked 6 times to remove from there data base and there keep calling so please be aware of them

Ann was an absolute gem—so patient and thorough. No matter how many questions I had (and there were quite a few!), she answered each one promptly . Her dedication made the whole process seamless and stress-free.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Professional quoting, all questions answered and install was top notch in how neat it was, went above and beyond with moving lightubes, removing antenna & satellite and even cleaning the leaves off the roof and gutters. System was up and running that afternoon and generating power as early as 6am ramping up to full power by about 9am. Received several quotes from other companies that ranged from shocking to good but they made me pretty comfortable from the outset. Was a good experience and I would highly recommend the team.

I recently had solar panels installed by Green Solar Energy, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The sales and quoting process was straightforward and informative, setting a high standard that was met by the installation team. Mo and Richard were not only punctual and polite but also incredibly tidy, leaving no trace behind. The customer service was equally impressive; they promptly organised the grid connection after the install, making the transition to solar energy seamless and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

The first contact, which in my view extremely important, was with Ann and she was so knowledgable and professional offering only factual info options etc with no hard sell tactic and thus allowing myself to compare and decide. She maintained contact and answered all questions very promptly. She was clear with any docs required of me and handled all paperwork and processes end to end.
Then, Richard was the person completed the pre installation inspection which not many companies do nowadays but it was a boost of confidence on what you have signed up for. I would say Richard is the true Aussie tradeperson with professional attitude, straight forward personality, frank with his advice etc.
The installation was done by Mo, Richard and an assistant. They turned up as promised and just got on with the job. The output is a show of great workmanship. Great products & installation plus maintaining the aesthetic with the inverter installation.
To wrap this up with a Q&A. Q: “Would i call up Green Solar Energy for another solar installation?”. A: “Absolutely”.

The whole team worked tirelessly and the installation was seamless. The system works exactly as we were it will told and we am extremely happy with our purchase. Richard who did the quote was also present for the install. That’s important – sales seeing it through to completion. Great guy and was everywhere making sure all was done well and correctly. 6 stars mate!! Mo and Jude were so efficient as a team – and having done a detailed renovation myself – I know good work when I see it. Theirs was Good! Great teamwork, fantastic install. And they cleaned up at the end. No mess. Fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!!

Got my system installed and very please with timeline/installation so far. I would recommend to talk to their great staff before putting the solar on your roof. they have experience team who think for customer but not whatever please you for the $. Thanks Ann/Moh the advice and clearing up my hurdle in my research for last few months. great to work with you guy.

Ann was super helpful during the quoting/design process. Price was very competitive and no pushy sales approach.
Mo, Richard and his team attended early in the morning, talked through the entire installation with me and then worked in a super efficient manner throughout the day with no fuss.
I work for a contractor and I know quality workmanship when I see it. These guys are first class when it comes to politeness, efficiency and attention to detail, they even lifted my old solar hot water panels off the roof for me!!
The house and yard was left spotless and I received a complete run through of the system after installation
I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially knowing how many dodgy installers are out there.
I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know thats considering solar, in fact I already have recommended them to a friend who also used them and had the same positive experience.

Ann/mahmoud and the team were honestly the best and most professional people to deal. From start to finish ann was a pleasure to deal with answering all my questions and showing me the best products and prices to suit my property. Then came the install and mahmoud and his team were the most professional team ive seen from fixing other bad installs from previous electrician’s at no extra cost to installing my solar panels so they look stunning from above.their work was stunning to say the least and cleaned up there mess and took all the rubbish with them I honestly cant recommend these guys enough saying they deserve 5 stars is an understatement.
