Very concerned regarding the door knock team associated with this company. Twice this week people have approached my home with no identification, loudly banged on the door for over five minutes, started asking questions about my home and were looking around without advising who they were or their company name, then took off when told their services are not required. The first male who knocked only gave me a business card when I specifically asked to see it.
In both interactions one staff member would approach the door while the other sat in a vehicle parked on the street. Luckily I have CCTV of both interactions and do not live alone as this would be extremely confronting if I was by myself when their “team” showed up. Both times I explicitly told them no, yet they continue to show up. I contacted the company directly, and was not asked where this occurred or any of my details and was not provided a complaint number. I cannot speak for their work, but based off these interactions I would steer clear.
