Hielscher team took time to detail the both the install process and how it would work once installed. Attention to detail minimizing visibility of conduits and selection of inverter placement. Fitting was done in less than one day and setup working perfectly.

Cannot praise the Hielscher team enough! Brenton was super knowledgeable about the different size systems available and what might best suit our family. Once ordered the team were in contact with regards to the install date which was book promptly. On the install day, they were meant to commence work at 7am, the entire install team arrived at 645am and were well underway at 7am. A well oiled machine! Thank you thank you! Exceptional service is hard to come by in this day and age and I’ve well and truly experienced nothing but exceptional service from this local company! Thanks guys!

The process from the beginning till the end was fantastic. Firstly, the quoting process was very professional and easy to understand, David explained everything, and he came out to the house to measure it all out. He went through my current electricity bills to make sure the solar panels we were getting would be the best fit for our family.
The installation was very easy and quick. Explained and showed us how to use the charger. The customer service overall was amazing.

If you’re thinking about Solar or Batteries and can’t make up your mind which Company or who to use, Well let me point you in the right direction.
Brenton at Hielscher Electrical should be your first choice, the quality of workmanship and knowledge his team deliverers is exceptional, being a tradesman myself I’am extremely particular and have high expectations on quality of workmanship, which his team didn’t disappoint in anyway or form.
I’am not normally one for doing reviews but if you’re fussy like me and want quality of work with backup sales & service, look no further then this fantastic Company, I have Solar/Battery System and are about to increase the size of my Batteries 🔋 even larger, & I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.

We got our solar system installed 3 weeks ago by Hielscher Electrical from first contact with Caroline who helped through all the process excellent customer service to getting to meet Brenton at our house who explained everything about solar panels how it works etc his knowledge helped us make our mind up to install panels 4 weeks later we had the panels installed by Robin and Dan who came on time and did a terrific job True Professionals then cleaned up then Robin took his time to explain to us and download the app on my mobile phone . The app is very informative tells you everything about the power thats being used terrific system. The inverter is in my garage very well installed. 2 weeks later Ergon installed a new smart meter and since then we have got a $97 credit and still going day to day higher in feed in tarrifs .We would highly recommend Hiechler Electrical to install solar panels at your home , very professional and organised local company, do not waste your time with quotes from other companies contact Caroline you wont regret it. 10/10 for this local company . We got our solar a couple weeks ago and we are extremely impressed. However our solar box keeps loosing connection. I’ve no idea how to reset it! It’s the only thing we are finding frustrating.

Dave was great in assessing my current electricity use, advising on the appropriate solar solutions for our needs and answering my questions. They were patient with me as i had to delay installation for a couple of months. The installation team were great on the day. They were on time, talked me through the system and app once installed and left the job tidy. Highly recommend their service.

Very happy with the entire experience of installing a solar system with Hielscher. At the commencement of the process David took a lot of time to explain all of the options, system sizes, types of inverter, pricing etc and made it pretty straightforward to understand even for someone who didn’t know a lot about solar. Then, Troy and his team did a great job on the install, and made sure to spend enough time with me to show me how the system works. Highly recommended.

The job was done fast efficient, on time and left cleaner than it was before.
Everything explained in detail and after seeing the power flow in, I feel comfortable the team came up with the best system size for my needs.

These guys were fantastic. We one a prize for solar panels. As we already had Solar Panels they offered to install a battery.
It was quite a process for them as they had to research batteries to suit our system which is no longer being supplied. They didn’t give up. They installed the battery and that night we had a power outage! The system automatically went over to the battery and kept us in power for around 6 hours until the power came back on.
Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Many thanks.
