Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and avoidance measures being used by what I thought was a reputable local company. We have spent over $13K with this business and when we have an issue with our solar panels not producing any output they have repeatedly ignored us.

Unfortunately I’m not happy with my recent experience with Horan and Bird. The panels I have are buggered and now not covered under warranty because the manufacturer went bust so that leaves me out of pocket once again. I have asked for quotes to replace my system and I’m still waiting for them. Clearly customer service isn’t their strong attribute at present.

Just had a conversation with Shannon and signed up for new solar panels on a house that already has old solar panel. Shannon’s customer service was fantastic and he was easy to talk to. Never felt pressured into the sale and he only gave facts and information to back the product. Hopefully the installation goes ahead just as easily and that we have the results from the newer system.
