I’ve been in contact with Sophie several times since yesterday I’m far from happy with the outcome!! There’s no point in contacting your office because you’ve wiped your hands of my situation and now I’m left with damaged property. Not ok!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and avoidance measures being used by what I thought was a reputable local company. We have spent over $13K with this business and when we have an issue with our solar panels not producing any output they have repeatedly ignored us.

Unfortunately I’m not happy with my recent experience with Horan and Bird. The panels I have are buggered and now not covered under warranty because the manufacturer went bust so that leaves me out of pocket once again. I have asked for quotes to replace my system and I’m still waiting for them. Clearly customer service isn’t their strong attribute at present.

Tradesman did a fantastic job with the install however the scope was not clearly identified. In fact if I hadnt reviewed again prior to completion the full scope would not have been completed. Horan and Bird are nothing more than salesman. They will tell you anything to get the contract signed but offer little to no support. I was promised a product that was to allow me to monitor my grid power usage as well as that produced by my system. It wasnt till after completion and multiple phone calls to fnd that I need to install another module to be able to do this. Inhave requested a quote for this but there must not be enough profit in this as it has now been over a month and I still have not recieved it. With out the ability to properly monitor grid power the system is ineffective and the pay back period is completely false.
